Inalytics, PIRC find corporate governance, share price link

Analysis from Inalytics and PIRC, an independent governance research and shareholder voting adviser, has demonstrated that share prices of listed companies with high governance risk performed poorly over time, whereas the share price of listed companies with low governance risk performed well over time.
